SERVICE WARRANTY

New Computers: All set, pick your plan Used Computers must be certified, a $49.99 fee will be charged for a full Diagnostic Test. Please note:

If repairs are necessary the $49.99 fee will go towards the total bill.
Once giving a clean bill of heath, you have Computer Guy at your service, we will:
- Remote In to your system (95% effective)
- Come to your home or office (98% effective)
- Take your computer with us over night (99% effective)

SVP Warranty: covers all service repairs for 90 days
- Most comparable with the SVP Basic plan
SVP Starter: Coverage Includes Virus Removal and Internet Security
- Monthly Plans are $9.99 per month
- Multi-system Plan add $7.99 pre additional system monthly
SVP Basic: Coverage Includes Virus Removal, Internet Security and PC Tune Up
- Monthly plans are $13.99 per month
- Multi-system Plan add $11.99 pre additional system monthly
SVP Care: Coverage Includes 100% of Labor covered (Parts, Up Grades and Motherboard not included)
- Monthly plans are $16.99 per month
- Multi-system Plan add $14.99 pre additional system monthly
SVP Pro: Coverage Includes 100% Parts & Labor (Up Grades and Motherboard not included)
- Monthly plans are $20.99 per month
- Multi- system Plan add $17.99 pre additional system monthly
- Deductibles: $50 Parts & $75 LCD Screen
SVP Total: Coverage Includes 100% Parts, Labor & Equipment Replacement (Up Grades not included)
- Monthly plans are $26.99 per month
- Multi- system Plan add $23.99 pre additional system monthly
- Deductibles: $50 Parts, $75 LCD Screen & $150 Equipment Replacement
SVP Ultimate: Coverage Includes 100% Parts, Labor & Equipment Replacement and No Deductible
- Monthly plans are $32.99 per month
- Multi- system Plan add $29.99 pre additional system monthly

SVP Ultimate: Coverage Includes 100% Parts, Labor & Equipment Replacement and No Deductible

All payments must be current, internet security must be active and up to date, SVP service plan allows Computer Guy as your sole technician or coverage will be terminated.
Deductibles: $25 Parts, $50 LCD Screen & $100 Equipment Replacement
Upgrades (parts and/or software) are not included in any of our plans. Upgrades charged on a case by case basis.
Equipment replacement provided upon major component failure (i.e. Motherboard. SVP Total & SVP Ultimate are the only plans that address motherboard issues. Computer Guy has final authority on all repairs and/or replacement. Comparable equipment will be provided).
Used or Your computer must go through our used computer certification and be giving a clean bill of heath before our warranties are available to you.
Computer Guy reserves the right to refuse service plan coverage to any one after a complete inspection.
